The Bakat Boga Challenge 2026 will take place on 8–11 April 2026 in Yogyakarta, bringing together culinary enthusiasts, chefs, and talents from across the country to celebrate Indonesia’s rich food heritage. Organized by ACP Indonesia in collaboration with KristaMedia, the competition will be held in conjunction with Jogja Food Expo, creating an exciting platform for culinary creativity and cultural appreciation.
This year’s competition highlights seven culinary heritage classes, each inspired by the diversity of Indonesian flavors and traditions: Traditional Jajanan Pasar, Modern Jajanan Pasar, Dress the Cake, Chiffon Cake, Nasi Tumpeng, Nasi Goreng, and Mie Godhog Jawa.
