Indonesia Shines at Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge 2025 with 12 Medals & 3 Diploma

The Indonesian Association of Culinary Professionals (ACP) proudly celebrated an outstanding achievement at the prestigious Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge (TUCC) 2025, held from May 27–31, 2025 in Bangkok, Thailand. This internationally renowned culinary competition gathered elite chefs from across the globe, offering a grand stage to showcase exceptional skill and creativity.

Representing Indonesia, the ACP delegation comprised talented young chefs and experienced members, competing in various categories ranging from individual skill challenges to team-based culinary showdowns. Judged by an esteemed panel of international experts, participants were evaluated on technique, innovation, and presentation.

Months of intensive training and preparation paid off as Team Indonesia proudly brought home 12 medals and 3 diploma awards, further elevating the nation’s reputation in the global culinary scene.

  • Valerian Canice: 1 Silver (Salmon Main Course Challenge), 1 Bronze (Pasta Challenge)

  • Eugenia Riella: 1 Silver (Pasta Challenge), 1 Silver (Asian Rice & Noodle Challenge), 1 Diploma (Main Course Beef Challenge)

  • Khansa Lyra: 1 Gold (Asian Curry Challenge), 1 Bronze (Pasta Challenge)

  • Evelyn Revita: 1 Silver (Main Course Duck Challenge), 1 Bronze (Pasta Challenge), 1 Silver (Rice & Noodle Challenge)

  • Muhammad Kabul: 1 Silver (Main Course Salmon Challenge), 1 Diploma (Pasta Challenge), 1 Bronze (Main Course Beef Challenge)

  • Ryan Yeremia: 1 Silver (Asian Cuisine Challenge), 1 Diploma (Asian Curry Challenge)

The Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge is renowned for its rigorous judging and diverse competition classes, making every award a prestigious honor.
