The 14th Salon Culinaire 2025

Jakarta, Indonesia – The vibrant world of Indonesian gastronomy once again took center stage with the resounding success of The 14th Salon Culinaire 2025, held on 22–25 July 2025 in conjunction with Food & Hospitality Indonesia (FHI).

Organized by the Association of Culinary Professionals (ACP) Indonesia and proudly endorsed by Worldchefs, this year’s edition embraced an exclusive invitation-only format, ensuring a heightened focus on quality, creativity, and impact in every category. The competition gathered elite culinary teams from Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Indonesia, alongside selected top talents from various Indonesian cities.

A Stage for the Best of the Best

This year’s competition featured 78 Pastry Challenge participants and 20 teams in the Asian Gourmet Challenge, evaluated by an esteemed panel of 30 Worldchefs-certified judges and leading Indonesian culinary experts.

Competition Highlights:

  • Asian Gourmet Competition – Professional and junior teams demonstrated mastery in Asian cuisine, showcasing precision, creativity, and world-class presentation.

  • Pastry LIVE – Initiated by the Indonesian Pastry Bakery Society (IPBS), this segment featured both team and individual challenges such as Asian Sweet Bread, Modern Viennoiserie, and the Junior Chocolate Master competition.

  • Display Competition – A visual feast of artistry, featuring European Bread, Bonbons, and intricate Three-Tier Cakes.

At the close of the event, participants were honored with 3 Gold, 23 Silver, and 33 Bronze Medals, along with 29 Diplomas, in recognition of their outstanding skills and dedication.
