The 12th Salon Culinaire 2019

The Association of Culinary Professionals (ACP) held its prestigious Salon Culinaire cooking competition at the Jakarta International Expo (JIEXPO) with the participation of 859 talented chefs from Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, also Taiwan. The event was judged by 30 Worldchefs certified judges, who evaluated the participants' skills and creativity in various culinary categories.

The Salon Culinaire is a highly regarded culinary competition that brings together culinary professionals to showcase their skills and compete against each other in various categories. The ACP was thrilled to have hosted the event, which attracted some of the world's most talented chefs.

The judges were impressed by the quality of the dishes presented by the competitors. After careful evaluation, the judges awarded 28 gold medals, 100 silver medals, and 232 bronze medals to the outstanding participants. The winners of the gold medals demonstrated exceptional talent and skill in their respective categories.
