Surabaya, Indonesia — From 12–15 June 2025, the Association of Culinary Professionals (ACP) Indonesia and the Indonesian Pastry & Bakery Society (IPBS), in collaboration with Krista Media, successfully hosted the Chef’s Secret Culinary Studio at East Food Surabaya.
Over four inspiring days, the studio presented 12 educational workshops spanning both pastry and culinary arts, all dedicated to Indonesian heritage cuisine. From the spice-laden flavors of traditional Nusantara dishes to the intricate craftsmanship of Indonesian pastries, each session celebrated the nation’s rich culinary identity.

With the success of this year’s event, ACP Indonesia and IPBS continue their mission to honor heritage while pushing the boundaries of flavor and creativity.
