Young Chef Club Indonesia

Young Chef Club Indonesia (YCCI) is a dynamic platform dedicated to nurturing the next generation of culinary professionals in Indonesia. Designed for aspiring chefs under the age of 26, YCCI welcomes students who are still in culinary school as well as young professionals who have recently graduated—anyone driven by passion, curiosity, and a commitment to grow within the culinary world.

More than a community, YCCI serves as a bridge between education and the professional kitchen. The platform offers young chefs opportunities to connect with senior chefs, industry leaders, and culinary mentors who share their knowledge, experience, and guidance. Through these connections, members gain valuable insight beyond the classroom—learning not only techniques, but also discipline, professionalism, and industry culture.

YCCI actively creates experiential learning opportunities through activities beyond formal education, including workshops, competitions, masterclasses, industry visits, and collaborative events. These experiences help young chefs sharpen their skills, build confidence, and expand their professional network early in their careers.
